Hi Saurabh,

The button will be coming from the SPRO setting.

The path for the available buttons can be found in

SPRO->interaction center web client->basic functions->communication channels->defin toolbar profiles.

Please check here and do the neccessary changes to view the clear interaction button in your IC.
