I would like to say that I started to work few mounths ago on SAP CRM Web client. At the moment I am working on SAP CRM Interaction center.
We are implementing SAP CRM for Utilities industry. In our system templates work fine. We are creating contracts (Object type BUS2000249). But we don't use web services to create templates. There is some programming behind, I don't know really, but there is some code that read data from SAP and puts it in MS Word. I don't know if that is standard or not.
I would like to create MS Word template that is filled from Web service. For example name and surname of business partner. To test if it is working.
Could you please help me to cretae a Web service for that purpose? Which Business object should I choose when creating WS? Which component?
