Unable to print smartform from CRM Web UI

Hi All,

While saving interaction record from SAP CRM Web UI , a smartform needs to be get printed but we are unable to get the printout.All the configuration has been done in Action definition.We are using Local printer. We can see the spool request generated after saving of interaction record but still unable to print.

Any input to resolve this issue will be highly appreciable.
