Function Module For Create Counter reading In CRM

Hi Experts,

                 I want to face a problem in CRM.The problem is that,I want to create counter reading through function module.But didn't find any function module.The function module will create a new GUID in the table CRMD_MPK_READING on the basis of MP_GUID.Please help me on that issue.
