Select Communication Channels Session page on log-on miss

Good morning All,

I have a CRM SAP system, that when I log-on into, it ask me the HTML page "Select communication Channels Session" for "enter your current workcenter".

I would like that this page appears also for another user, I tried to set with transaction PPOMW the same position to my user, but this page still does not appear.

I miss some customizing?
