Hello Leon,

 

 

The system does not prevent such a situation automatically, it is a training issue, it is cruical for users to understand what is an interaction, how does it start, how can it be ended. The agent actually has the account information in the context area, what migh also help is displaying the activity clipboard in the navigation bar - see my blog Tracking Interactions - END is my friend.
