You may use Transaction Launcher. You could follow below steps:

1. Create URL and its parameter Tcode: 'CRMC_IC_LTX_URLS'.

2. Use the same in Transaction Launcher wizard.

3. Create button in method 'IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS' of overview page.

4. Create action for the button, and call the transaction launcher object in this action method.
