We have a requirement to create ERP Orders within a CRM based Interaction Centre (SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp1). When creating the order the user should be presented (within the order) with the order history of the selected ship to party and not the sold to party. In addition Full Order history should be based on the ship to party. Has anyone experience of implementing similar functionality using the standard LORD api? How do we go about addressing this requirement.
