I wonder if anyone can assist with my problem
I am processing emails through Sapconnect and ERMS correctly and these are displayed in the Inbox, however the Priority is hard coded in the workflow to Medium - value 5. I want ERMS to change the priority depending on different email addresses i.e. high for one address and low for another.
I have created a new Service id = ZAH_PRIORITY and have used service class CL_CRM_ERMS_AH_SET_WF_PRIO as this is the handling class for the workflow. I have created no properties entry.
In the Repository I have created under the context ERMS and action ZAH_PRIORITY - description Change email priority - the Action Service ID is ZAH_PRIORITY and the action parameters are Parameter ID SETPRIORITY
I have then added to my rule Change email priority which gives me a value field Priority where I have entered the value '1' = Highest.
I have regenerated the rules but the Inbox item priorities are still Medium.
Any assistance would be great.
